We establish, document, implement and maintain an effective quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness ,that involves the active participation of management and appropriate manufacturing personnel.
The quality management system encompass the organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources, as well as activities necessary to ensure confidence that the API will meet its intended specifications for quality and purity.
All quality related activities are defined and documented.
Quality Management department is the quality control unit that fulfils both quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) responsibilities. The quality management department is independent of production and is responsible for approving or rejecting all raw materials, in-process materials, packaging material, labeling, and final products, and it has the authority to review production records to assure that no errors have occurred or, if errors have occurred, that they have been fully investigated.
